Gerardo’s School of Culinary Arts, in collaboration with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) is proud to announce a team to be deployed in one of the best 5-star resorts in the country, Discovery Boracay. This is in light of the Supervised Industry Learning portion of their culinary program wherein students are sent to various reputed industry partners for immersion in the industry.
Recently rebranded and formerly known as Discovery Shores – Discovery Boracay has been one of our longest training partners in the Boracay region, and they have been one of the best in doing it. They have recently won the World Travel Awards as Philippines’ leading Beach Resort – a feat unlike any other.
